wine and coffee during pregnancy

As an expecting mom, I've been dealing with the usual ups and downs of pregnancy, but I've also developed some habits that are causing concern among my family and friends. To help ease some of the discomforts of pregnancy, especially at night, I've occasionally turned to a glass of wine. It helps me relax and sleep better, and it feels like a little treat during a challenging time. Additionally, I've been craving iced Americanos like crazy. The refreshing taste and slight caffeine boost make me feel more energized during the day. However, I've been warned repeatedly by those around me that consuming alcohol and caffeine during pregnancy could increase the risk of my baby being born with autism or other developmental issues. These warnings have left me feeling guilty and anxious about my choices. is it true???

Cup of coffee or tea per day is fine, no no to wine or any alcohol. For your baby health, drink warm milk, chocolate, cereal. Sometimes dessert too helps to destress. I hope it helps for you. Your perseverance and determination will make you ease your mind whether baby is okay or not okay. Hang on there mummy. I believe a lot of mummies including myself crave a lot of food and drinks. But for our little precious ones in our tummy we can do it. Big hug for you! 💪
