Plantar Fasciitis

Hello, have you ever encountered this before? Im already in my 12 weeks, been experiencing heel pain. Is it okay if i go for a foot refloxology to ease the pain a little?

There is a pressure point near the heel which can stimulate labour and cause miscarriage.
