Vomiting and Gastric Pain at week 8
Have been vomiting whatever i ate since this morning. If i don't eat, my gastric hurts cause I'm always vomiting. No appetite since week 6 and this morning sickness gotten worst at the end of week 7🥲 Any solution? 🥲🥲

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. When my appetite is not good, I try to take some maternal milk so at least there's some nutrients. I also find that nuts helped for me. I heard that saltine crackers could help though I've never tried that. Food with high dietary fibre should help with nausea. Also heard that cold food/ginger tea also helps with nausea. Avoid greasy/oily/fatty/spicy food. I hope you feel better soon!
