Low amniotic fluid

Has any mum experience very low amniotic fluid in trimester 2 but was able to reverse the fluid on its own?

I had low amniotic fluid when I was sick.. it went to 3.1… nothing much I could do but to drink alot of water and I drank some coconut water (in moderation) too .
