Has anyone tried Vitamin B6 to curb morning sickness? does it really help??

Oh thank you for the advice. think i'll try to look for it, cos my ob-gyn doesn't have them. Any idea if it's available at pharmacies or regular stores? Thank you :)

my friend did and she said it helped although her morning sickness wasn't super bad though. depends on individual so maybe u have to try and see if it works for u.

You can ask your OB. It does wonder to my morning sickness. Before I can barely function, ngayon tolerable na. I take it once a day 😊
