Missed miscarriage

Hi I juz went for 1st trim check up. But was told that baby was gone at 7th week. It’s a missed miscarriage. I have no cramp or bleeding since then. Doc say wait for another two weeks and see if the tissue come out naturally. Don’t know what to do now.. feel extremely sad and helpless.

I didnt, unfortunately i had a miscarriage when i was only 8 weeks pregnant. 😔
