missed miscarriage

why n how did this happen? after 3appointments of scan my bb still looks 5wks no heartbeat.. n doctor concluded of a missed miscarriage. I'm only 23......

Maybe the fetus was not healthy enough. Take time to rest well and recuperate before trying for another.
