Siang fm, malam df

Hai siapa ada pengalaman siang hari hantar anak kt taska/pengasuh just prepare fm then balik kerja baru df. I mean kita dah taknak pump lagi waktu siang kt office. I know our milk production akan drop tp berapa lama baru totally kering sampai mlm pun takleh df dah? Contoh kalau saya start buat cmni bulan 3 ni, adakah bulan 4 akan kering terus termasuk mlm? Mohon share yg ada experience, taknak jawapan scientific

I stopped pumping when my kid reached 1y3m. During working days, she will be direct feeding at night and full direct feeding on my off days. Now she is 3 years old, still breastfeeding.

I’m well aware of the demand & supply concept but since I’m considering to stop pumping at work & supplementing my kid with fm at daycare yknow it kinda signals my breasts that they dont need to produce as much milk anymore, right? I was worried about my supply would only last for another 2 or 3 months. But many supermoms here said they could last til more than 6months. Im so glad to here that though! 🥹
