HAI PO..my itatanong po sana aku ,,kasi pills user po aku,,kaso na oobserved ku tumataba aku sa pills kahit every morning d ako kumakain pra ma maintaini ku po yung katawan ku nakatamtaman lang,,anong pills po aku d nakakataba??salamat po

Mas masama po na hindi kumain sa morning. Breakfast is the most important meal sa buong araw. Try to lessen your carbo during lunch at dinner lang. And more water before meal para water theraphy. And you can use jasmine. Nawalan ako ng gana kumain dun.
