I suggest, show this to her paediatrician. It may be some infection or the rashes may be due to any change in the weather or allergy to some cloth. Make her wear cotton pyjamas and see if there's relief. You can apply coconut oil on a little part of the rash and see if it helps and then can apply on the whole area. Else visit her PD for better advice.
