Had a terrible headache for 3 days in a row now. Can anyone please confirm kasama to sa pagbubuntis? And Biogesic Paracetamol is safe di po ba?

Same po tayo nung buntis ako ganyan din 3 days masakit ulo.. hanggang bago ako manganak and biogesic lang din ang iniinom ko kase yun lng daw ang safe sa buntis.
