Will gynea recommend to induce if at 37 weeks ? or can we request, even if pregnancy is totally normal?

It's possible to request for it but if there's no particular reason it's not advisable. The womb is the best place for baby to grow (if everything is going normally). Some researches have shown babies that stay inside longer have higher IQ on average. Best to let nature take its course if at all possible
