My gynae prescribed parraffin, but it didn't really work, so doc gave enemas. I have not used it yet but I may have to use it soon..anyone knows if its bad to use enemas regularly? Or have any other method to tackle this? (I'm already taking lots of veg, fruit n water)

Take yogurt, fibergel and of course more water. It works for me so far. :) Apples, prunes and pears also good for alleviating constipation.
Try Yakult, broccoli, these two worked for me!
