Do you guys watch what you eat during the first trim or do you eat whatever you want? Had a miscarriage previously and I find myself being conscious of what i eat whether it is safe for the baby or not.
i eat anything i wanted really, in moderation. gynae adviced to just stay away from raw food, wash fruits/vegetables throroughly and avoid alcohol at all cost.
