Redness under the eyes

Hello guys! Just wanna ask, I noticed some redness under my baby’s eyes. She’s 11 days old. Is this normal or should I be worried?

That's normal mommy yung sa baby ko naman nagmumuta sya grabe nga pagmumuta pero normal daw un kasi barado ung daanan ng luha nya.
