Breastmilk is always better in terms of nutrients unless u have some medical condition which lessens the nutrients or some life habits that affects the bm quality. But ultimately fed is best. Not everyone can breastfeed even if they want to, not everyone has supply, not everyone has the mental capacity to keep up with the commitment of breastfeeding as it's very draining on top of taking care of a baby so do what's best for your situation. Even BF a few days also good enough! I mean I have friends who didn't BF at all since birth but their kids r fine, some regret some don't 🤷🏻‍♀️
