Pwede naman po if recommended ng OB mo na bedrest ka na. Meron kasing company na di pumapayag hanggat walang recommendation ng OB. Pwede rin naman kung vacation leave gagamitin mo sa halip na SL. Maternity leave kasi pwde lang yun 1 week before due date mo kung hindi ka pa manganganak.
Yes mumsh if need mo na din talaga to get more rest. Pero for me, sayang yung another 30 days mo sana with the baby after giving birth.. Remember, 105 days ung mandated, prang ang haba pero ang bilis lang pala ☺️ nag leave ako 1 day before my scheduled cs hehe 😅
pwede namn momsh, pero if di maselan pregnancy nyo po masyado papo maaga. I think kasi mas kakailanganin mo more time if anjan na si baby ☺ Ako kayang kaya pa naman 8 months din heheh mag 36 weeks palang si baby next week which is my official mat leave na 😁
Ako kaka maternity leave lang oct due date ko . Kc sabi ng amo ko baka i force i maternity leave nila ko 🙂 kaya nag decide na ko na ngayon ng sept mag maternity leave kase sabi ng ob ko bka last week ng sept or first week ng sept lumabas si baby
Yup pwede. 1month before actual due date pwede na mag-ML. However, sayang yun mamsh if di naman ikaw high-risk or not recommended by your OB na magbedrest ka or something. Kasi maaga ka rin babalik sa work nun pag ganun.
Yes you can. as long as you have filed your SSS MAT 1 , 1month prior to your scheduled maternity leave.
