9 weeks no fetal heart beat

hi guys nagpacheck up ako kahapon sa OB and nasa 9 weeks na daw ako. ultrasound and transV ako pero wala heart beat. after 2 weeks ulit check up ko.but the symptoms na lagi akong nag pee at makati puson ko and breast tenderness. anu po kaya yun? hoping to share also experience mga momshies. thank you. worry lang ako kasi 9 weeks wala pa heart beat

I have the same experience on my first pregnancy. 9 wks preggy base on LMP but trans v result shows only 6 wks. I had 2 successive transv to reconfirm but I lost the baby due to cromossomal abnormalities. Just pray and Hope for the best since hindi pa naman nawawala ang symptoms ng pregnancy mo momsh.
