hi guys im 7 weeks preggy and first time mom. normal lang po ba maramdaman yung feeling na ngalay yung balakang mo or lower back. yung tipong hindi ka makaupo at makatayo ng matagal.

may SH po kase ako.. pero hindi po ako nag bebleeding. niresitahan po ako ng ob ko ng isoprine and duphaston for 1 week.. and bed rest for 1 week.. possible po kaya na yun yung reason..
