Baby milk intake

Hi guys can I ask how much do you feed your baby? My baby is about 6 weeks and she’s been taking 40-50ml every 2-3 hours which makes up around 400ml a day. But doctor at KKH said it’s too less, she should be taking 690ml a day based on her weight. But my baby weight is increasing every time during check up. Can you share experience? Thanks!

mine currently at 7weeks taking 120ml of ebm every 3-5hrs. somedays can take more somedays lesser. as long as baby is gaining weight well it’s fine. my friend’s baby only take 60ml of ebm every 3hr at 3months old
