pessari candid v1

guys, how to use pessari candid v1?? im already 34 weeks then suddenly ada keputihan pulak. tak teruk tp doc bg candid v1 to use. but when i do some searching, most of them tell to use hand if we are pregnant and dont use the stick. is it true?
