My child is sick

Hi guys. Just to ask for suggestions. My baby is in infant care. 3 month old she had a fever and now after 3 weeks of recovery suddenly she had cough and flu. Is it cause of being in Infant Care? Also what is the remedy and also what is the immediate care should i do at home for my little old. I went to the peds to take some meds for her but i just wanna go an extra mile at home for my little one . Its sad to see her coughing. Any suggestions?
