This advice is based on my experience. - I stopped using disposable napkins, yung mga Whisper, Modess, Charmee, etc. I bought washable napkins and started using them. Slight hassle pero malinis naman ako sa katawan so laba ko agad. Wash muna with water para maalis yung blood then soak ng konti sa detergent then sampay agad. I noticed na lumalabas lahat ng dugo and hindi pakonti konti yung labas even on first day. Maganda, budget and environmentally friendly pa. - Nagdetox din ako with barley tea. - We tried the side view position/spoon position, every night for a week din yun lol Dun kami nakabuo ni husband. 37 weeks na ko ngayon. πŸ™πŸΌ

eat healthy, hindi lang dapat ikaw dapat pati si mister, iwas sa mga sigarilyo, alcohol and drink more water. Tulog maaga, more veggies and fish (rich in omega) if regular ang menstruation mo mag DO kayo sa fertile days at dapat di kayo parehong pagod before that. make it with so much love and passion, wag kang totop girl! After magcum better lock together atleast 2 minutes, dapat sabay kayo. Ginawa namin to hahahahaha 🀣 may nagsuggest lang din and I currently 13 weeks preggy. sending baby dust momshie!!! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

the best way po is doing ketogenic/lowcarb diet with intermittent fasting po marami na pong gumagawa nyan lalo yung mahirap magbuntis at base po sa experience ko 40 yrs old na po ako and I'm pregnant.

kapag may PCOS ka try healthy diet or mas better pa check up para Malaman niyo Yung reason. wag mawala ng pag ASA sis. magkababy ka Rin.

Sis last Jan 31 nagparaspa na po ako para malinis mabubuntis na po ba ako

ilang months or days kana ttc? if years na paalaga ka sa OB.

kung matagal ka nang ttc, pacheck up kayo pareho sa OB.

Kami 6months ng ttc pero nag papaalaga sa ob.
