Gud eve! Ask ko lng if possible b mabuntis uli agd kahit pure breastfeed? Nagkaspot kc ung sis ko, nag kontak cla ng hubby nya nung 8. Tas nagka spot nya now.. 1 month plng ung baby nya. Sana my mkasagot. Thanks in advance.

Basta nameet Niya criteria ng LAM pwedeng Hindi mabuntis until 6months n pure bf. Pero better mag PT n siya para sure.. Hindi kc para sa lahat LAM as contraceptive.

ang alam ko kapag kapanganak at BF, in 4-6 weeks need na mag contraceptives... kc malaki daw percentage na mabuntis muli

If purely breastfeed safe until six months if hindi pa nagkaroon. Beyong six months hindi na safe as per my OB.

Hindi porket BF hindi mabubuntis. Gumamit ng contraceptive para hindi mabuntis

    Meron pong tinatawag na LAM or Lactation Amenorrhea Method.
