Gum swelling while preggy

Goodevening ka-momshies. Ask ko lang if have ba dito same experience as mine. currently 23w5d preggy with my rainbow baby. 4days nagsuffer sa toothache plus gum swelling then nagpaappointment sa dentist okay na ang tooth naayos na nilagyan ng temporary filler kase infected ang gums eh. Baka if permanent pasta is lalala ang infection. Today super sakit nanaman ng gums ko and had no choice at nagpareseta na talaga ako ng antibiotic sa OB ko. Is it safe to take CEFUROXIME AXETIL? ? Kinda worried ?
