Ako my, ang pinapagawa sakin isnag diet ako, control yung food na kainin ko, bawas sa meat, gulay-gulay lang muna, bawal mag softdrinks, juice. 1 cup of rice sa bfast, 1.5cup of rice sa lunch, 1 cup of rice sa gabi. Tapos minomonitor ko yung sugar ko for 1 week. At yung gatas na iniinom ko is bear brand adult kasi less sugar yan.
