itch after sex

Good morning, my husband and I could be considered newlyweds. We got to know each other through matchmaking and proceed to get married 3 months later. As newlyweds, theres still much for us to learn about matters related to sex...At the age of 3 months into our marriage, after we finish being intimate, my husband always rushes to the bathroom first to clean up. Because this has been happening since the beginning, I gathered the courage to ask why he always seems in a hurry to go to the bathroom? Because I want to cuddle after we finish. Then my husbands answer, if I dont clean up quickly, it feels itchy. And apparently, this itching sensation has been there since the first night. So when my husband is already out, thats when the itching sensation appears. Is this normal????

oh the itch happened on my hubby aft first few nights. he went to see doc and actually had fungal infection. it's not a disease nor was it bc of us. aft which, it didn't happen again. maybe cuz his first time i guess idk if we can relate. but if the itch prolongue, i would suggest him to go gp.
