Working ka po ba or self employed? Pwede na po as long as may ultrasound ka ng hawak, file a maternity notice. If employed, dalhin mo lang ultrasound mo sa HR, sila na bahalang mag process sa sss. If self employed/voluntary, mag submit ka lang ng maternity notice thru mysss online. Then punta ka ng nearest sss office to inquire for the requirements and para malaman mo rin kung magkano makukuha mo, may form din sila na ibibigay.
