Tips on pumping & milk keeping during trip/holiday

Going to Korea for business + shopping trip coming August myself without baby. Any tips on how to manage 3hourly pumping and keep all the breast milk fresh? Any hotel provide big fridge with freezer? I will be bringing a cooler bag and ice packs but it may not last the entire day or at least 8 hours.

Hi... suggest you pump when you’re in your hotel room. After pumping and storing BM, please call housekeeping and request them to keep in hotel freezer. When you leave, collect frozen BM, pack into cooler bag with ice pack. Reach airport, inform airline staff to store in freezer for you. Happy and safe travel

Afraid I need to stay out during the day for meetings. But nonetheless, will try to pump in the hotel first & store accordingly.
