Actually if you switch to pvt also it will be hard to get HL unless you're hospitalised or have any complications. But then again this depends on your gynae. Since you're under subsidised have you tried to talk to your gynae? Tell him/her about how your workplace is affecting you badly. Who knows you might be granted with HL.
