breathe and bath to calm, read or watch something I like to divert attention, talk to someone let the emotion out... and Pray.

think positively, being optimistic, do anything that I love, give myself a good quality break

Think of the good things that come from whatever that's causing the negative thoughts

Take a walk in Nature if time permits, talk to my near & dear ones…

watching movies helps me a lot
