Is your first child a boy or a girl?

Dahil boy ang first child ko Immanuel ( God is with us) ang fist name niya. Then yung second name niya pangalan namin mag asawa na pinagsama ko. Kasi sobrang hirap ng dinanas ko sa kanya during 1st trimester ng spotting ko. To the point na need kong mag stop sa work para lang mabuhay siya. Otherwise possible daw na makunan ko kung hindi ko mag bed rest.
