im 28weeks pregnant and I cant stop drinking coke. :( What should I do?

fyi i dont have any complications thank god, im just worried i cant help but eating too many sweets. :)

Kung ok lang sayo gumastos ng malaki sa CS delivery, go lang. Dalawa lang yan, lolobo ng husto yung bata tsaka magkakagestational diabetes or UTI ka. You decide.
