Sex during pregnancy (34+5)

Question

Ftm here and I’m current 34+5. Since the start of my 3rd trim hubby didn’t really disturb me until last 2 days. However, im worried bcos my tummy is big now and I don’t feel comfortable. I’m worried that it might cause early labour or even hurt my baby. Am I being too paranoid?

Hurt your baby no, but there is a chance of triggering early labour. You can check with your gynae if they allow you to proceed. And also, if you don’t feel comfortable, advisable to resume after confinement instead. It’s no fun when you’re there gasping for oxygen and having a tummy restricting and shaking while doing the deed.
