Yes, a frozen breastmilk is still better than a formula milk. However, when you freeze a breastmilk, some of its antibodies will die but there will still be plenty of it. You can put a breastmilk in the fridge (no need to freeze it) and it will last up to 5 days but next time, make sure that you won't freeze it if you know you will need it later to avoid reducing its benefits.

Are u sure? I thought the practice is 48hrs? At least that is what I understand from the hospital. 3 days v v mad alrdy. 5 days is unheard of
