Formula! breastfeeding is not for everyone. Yes, you may want to BF your child but not enough milk ka nga, qung ipilit mo yan, anak mo nmn ang mag sa suffer into malnutrition dhil konti lng ang breastmilk mo or wala. It is very frustrating to moms too.
