Any food or drinks recommendation po for GDM? 30 weeks and 5 days preggy po #FirstTimeMom

Gdm ako buong pregnancy.. 1st trimester naka maintain na diet ko narefer kasi ako sa endo at may dietitian din.. Mag brown rice ka.. Mas maganda nga heavy meals agad yung bfast lunch at dinner para hindi ka matempt kumain ng kumain in between meals. Basta per meal halimbawa 1cup of brown rice may meat ka na bilang lang halimbawa 3 cubes of pork tapos 1/2 cup of veges, 1 small banana. Meryenda ko dati napayagan ako mag anmum. Kapalit nun 1slice of bread na may palaman.. Syempre pipiliin ko yung may complete nutrients na drinks. From everyday bloodsugar monitoring naging once a week 4x/day ang monitoring ko kasi controlled na sugar ko thru diet lang at di na need mag insulin.. Kaya ok din naipanganak ko si baby nung feb😊 kaya mo yan momsh mas ok din na magparefer ka kay OB or Endo ng dietitian para alam mo need mo kcal/day nakadepende kasi yun sa height and weight mo..
