For my twin boys po 2 yr 3mo Breakfast: Egg (scrambled, sunny sideup), egg with sardines/cornedbeef/kamatis, longanisa, lumpia. Lunch: Sopas, sphag, pansit, Sinigang na isda, pinakbet. Dinner: tinolang native, adobong manok/pato, Sinigang na baboy/isda, adobong pusit. Meryenda: ung milk po nila/dutchmill/minutemaid juice. Milk po nila similac. Kinicontrol po namin na 32 ounce lng everyday madede nila
