How did you know that you are pregnant without any symptoms?

I have an irreg mens max na yung 2 months and rare lang lumagpas dun plus I have stomach acidity issues but I've been more bloated than usual, occasional nausea have been frequent too, sensitive breasts, darker nipples(?), and I always feel hungry. I've tried to do a PT and well confirmed nga 1 month na and counting. I think lol
