2-3 subo lang ng rice every meal. Kung gutom ka sa gabi, oatmeal na lang kainin. Wheat bread instead of regular breads. Sa fruits naman like mangga, isang pisngi lang kainin. Litersss of water intake everyday. Mas okay kung 6 small meals a day. More on veggies kesa sa carbs. Naclear ko yang prob na yan at 36 weeks kaya nainormal delivery ko si baby sa lying in. Tiis at tyaga lang mii. Kaya mo maclear yan. Goodluck☺️💪
