Hi mummies do you Experience any bleeding or spotting during your week 11 of pregnancy/1st trimester

i had experienced brown spotting followed by abit of fresh blood. only noticed when wiping after using the toilet. Called my gynae and was advised to head down to the clinic. He found polyps in the cervix and removed it.
