Fruits and veggies, mamsh. Balanced diet ka lang kung wala ka namang existing na sakit. Less chips, soda, at caffeine. Iwas din, pero di naman bawal, sa maanghang, malansa, at di luto. Yan advice sakin ng OB ko.
