hi momsh kaya mo yan. honest advice ko is made-drain ka ng first few months sa baby mo paglabas yung puyat is real!!! sabayan mo matulog si baby para if ever na gising sya sa madaling araw hindi ka masyadong groggy sa antok. eat healthy momsh. don't forget ang "Me" time kahit simpleng long satisfying shower or eating ung favorite food mo. always ask for help sa hubby mo kapag nahihirapan ka po. or if kasama mo parents mo or in-laws you may ask for their help and advice din. if you are experiencing PPD..do not dwell s mga negative thoughts. always look at your child trust me nakakawala ng stress and bad vibes. always pray din po momsh. kaya mo yan!! laban lang!😊
