As soon when I knew I was expecting. That was 11 weeks into pregnancy.

Went to the gynae immediately and did my first ultrasound

My first ultrasound and gynae visit was at 12 weeks.

As soon as I got to know that I am pregnant

as soon as i knew i was expecting

After my pregnancy was confirmed

Right after it was confirmed
