What to do?

My first TVS at 8 weeks no heart beat po ang aking baby (fetal demise). I did second opinion, after 4 weeks did another ultra sound today, no heart beat padin po and my baby is really gone. :'( What to do? The OB didnt tell me what to do. Will the fetus come out naturally? Meron po bang iinumin? Please help. Maraming salamat po.

Had same situation even took a lot of pampakapit na meds but still no heartbeat. Just wait for it to pass out naturally atleast that what happened to mine. When it did, went back to OB, she had me on antibiotic and a medication pampalabas lahat products of conception. Filed for SSS as well. Then got pregnant after 2 months :)

i had tvs after lumabas ng product of conception. Raspa or D&C usually advisable 10 weeks and above pregnancy. Mahal dn ang raspa (para ka dn nanganak yung gastos😔) Lumabas lang xa ng kusa sa akin (parang dysmenorrhea) Although, ini-advise na ako ng OB ko magpa raspa d na natuloy, I guess our body knows how to heal itself. plus pegnancy is not a disease... Also, i have 3 maliliit na mayoma. I just continued with folic and prenatal vitamins. I remember 3x akong nag tvs all have no heartbeat and everytime papakita ko sa OB ko, advise is always complete bedrest plus ung pampakapit (mahal ng mga gamot na yun) Timeline: 14 - tvs no heartbeat 24 - tvs still no heartbeat. with meds and bedrest 28 - pass out some products of conception even if with medication and bedrest, tvs shows open cervix and meron pa natirang product of conception. OB suggested raspa 30 - lumabas na lahat naturally, tvs done and showed normal na lahat like pre-pregnancy state with mayoma. OB prescribed antibiotic for 7
