I had bad bloating during my first trimester. Usually in mornings and drinking ginger tea would help. And only certain foods triggered. It went away in second trimester. Now I'm third trimester and since last week (week 31) the bloating is back. This time is even worse. With the bigger bump I can't even sit somewhere comfortably. Bloating is worse at night. Even ginger tea isn't helping much and almost anything I eat triggers 😭
