Burping and bloating

Hello mummies, I’ve been experiencing bloating since the beginning of my pregnancy. Currently in week 12, the bloating didn’t seems to get better. I’m also constantly burping, like once every 15mins, those loud and gassy burps. It’s gets worst in the evening. May I know anyone with similar experience? How do you cope and get some relief?

Drink plenty of water slowly. Drink from a cup instead of bottle or straw. Fit in fiber. Opt for smaller meals. Try to relax using essential oils Cut back on the beans. Try probiotics. 🤔 All I do is everyday make sure I got poo poo at least 1 time. And also doctor got prescribe bloated medicine and nausea medicine for me. Eat less but more times. My husband will help to stroke my back gently to release some air too. Doctor got say can eat ginger in moderation.
