Hi! 4months pregnant here.. same with you, i also need to gain sabi ni ob.. she adviced me to eat 5x a day..and binigyan nya po ako ng tatlong klaseng vitamins to make sure masupplement ung timbang ko and maging ok si baby...try also to seek advice ni ob mo mommy.. ππ
Better po na less but often. Meron pong snacks in between para hindi heavy meal. Then 2 hours before matulog ang dinner. You can have some biscuits and water beside your bed. May mga times kasi na magigising ka sa gabi tapos kumakalam sikmura mo.
Maganda daw 5-6 small frequent meals than yung 3 big meals. Lagyan mo din siguro snacks in between para hindi naman masyadong malakas yung kain every time. Nagcacause din kasi ng heartburn pag nabibigla ng busog.
Okay po. Nagbawas kasi ako ng kanin this month. Kaya ayun po, instead na 16 weeks na po, atrasado po ako ng 2 weeks kasi maliit daw size ng head ni baby size daw is pang 14 weeks and 6 days.
Ako every 2hrs kumakaen ako. Pero konti lang naman kinakaen ko. π Ung heavy meals hinahati ko sya into 2 since mabilis dn naman ako mabusog. Mabilis dn magutom
Kain ka lang mommy ng kain walang problema yan bsta po wag kakalimutan yung bawal. Kasi pag patak mo ng Third Trimester dun kana mag uumpisa mag diet π
Kain ka lang ng kain. Pag in between meals pwedeng fruits or biscuits, whole wheat bread.. ako kasi kinakain ko lang lahat. Hehe
Pwede naman kumaen may maya bsta healthy foods more fruits and vegetables mahirap manganak pag lumaki masyado c baby
wag masyado magkakain baka lalaki si baby mahirapan ka manganak... kain ka lng konti.. fruits or biscuits
kaen lng ng kaen mamsh.. pero ung sakto lng wag sobra.. merienda between heavy meals po.. tas milk.
Advice sakin ng ob ko before pag nakaramdam ng gutom kumain. Pero wag daw sobrang busog. βΊοΈ
