Maternity Benefits

First time mom po ako and I worked in a BPO industry since January 2018 and yun din yung first job ko. I recently resigned sa work, nung magstart yung June, hindi na ako pumasok. Currently, I am 7 weeks and 3 days preggy. Is there any chance na makapag-avail ako ng mga maternity benefits from the government? And what are the process po? :)
