Flu Proofing a Home

As a first time mom I panic sometimes whenever I see my son try to put something in his mouth, it might be dirt, tiny insect, etc. That is why I practice myself proper hygiene and disinfect my home. The webinar last May 18 was helpful. It has a lot of information and advices from the experts that can help me flu-proofing my own home. Here are a few of my takeaways from the webinar last Tuesday. In order to Flu-Proof a home you must: 1. ๐™‚๐™š๐™ฉ ๐™‘๐™–๐™˜๐™˜๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™™ ๐Ÿ’‰ as Dr. Cess mentioned in the webinar getting vaccinated is the single most important thing you can do to prevent flu. 2. ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ช๐™œ๐™๐™จ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™Ž๐™ฃ๐™š๐™š๐™ฏ๐™š๐™จ ๐Ÿคง the germs are believed to spread through droplets from the mouth and nose.
